HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ORDER?

All orders must be returned to our designated address within 30 days from the date of your purchase. [For orders placed between 5th November - 25th December 2024, an extended return period is applicable.] To initiate a return, please contact our team via email for assistance. Please be aware that returns received after the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee period has elapsed will not be accepted, and refunds will not be provided. In cases where proof of postage before the 30-day period can be provided, the return may be accepted but will incur a £10.00 re-stocking fee.

HOW DO I GET A RETURNS FORM AND YOUR RETURNS ADDRESS?

To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support team via email. Upon contacting us, you will receive our returns form via email, which needs to be completed with your customer and order details for identification purposes. Please ensure to include this form with your return shipment, along with any specific instructions provided by our team. It's important to note that our returns address differs from our dispatch address. Any returns sent to the wrong address without prior arrangement may not be processed.

RETURn COSTS?

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning their orders, and these charges are non-refundable. For the safest return process, we recommend selecting a Tracked or Recorded service, as ERT cannot be held liable for any undelivered or delayed returns. Please be aware that any additional delivery costs selected at checkout, such as Next Day or Special Delivery options, will not be refunded

WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY REFUND?

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please keep in mind that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on the payment method you used. For card payments, refunds usually reflect on your statement within 1-4 business days of issuance. However, it can take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank's processing times.
